Thank you for your letter of November 9, 2007 requesting our comments on the service and support provided by your staff in the purchase of our house at 6303 Longleaf Pine Court in Lakewood Ranch. Please forgive the delay in our reply due to the time and effort involved in our move from Saudi Arabia to Florida.
Without any exaggeration whatsoever, we found the assistance of Ms. Christy Neff from your Sarasota office as simply outstanding. During the time we spent looking for a home, her patience, enthusiasm and professionalism never wavered. Documents were well organized, delivered on time, and acted upon expeditiously. Our home tours were always efficient and well-planned. We especially appreciated the one - page summaries as well as Christy's ability to recall our impressions of previously visited homes when we ourselves had already forgotten.
We made nearly a dozen visits to the house that we finally purchased, and each time Christy Neff greeted us with the same warm smile as in our first visit. While she no doubt had other clients during the same period, we always had the wonderful feeling that we were her only clients.
Since we were new to the area Christy Neff helped us find temporary housing and even acted as our tour guide. With Christy's enthusiasm for this city that she loves so dearly, we couldn't help falling for it as well. Thus we not only found our dream house, we also gained our first friend in Sarasota.
